IVÁN YAYA

Lawyer with more than twenty-eight years of continuous experience, who has spent his entire professional career in important corporate law firms in Peru.

His experience has focused on resolution of complex legal disputes and successful representation of clients in several areas of law, both in arbitration proceedings in cases related to civil, corporate, infrastructure projects, concessions, public and private procurement, as well as in judicial litigation in constitutional, civil, and contentious-administrative matters.

Former senior associate at Roselló Abogados (2013–2025), and former associate at Estudio Berninzon, Loret de Mola & Benavides (2005–2013) and Estudio Monroy (2003–2005).

Founding member of the Peruvian Association of Procedural Law and has performed as a university professor of the courses of "Teoría General del Proceso" and "Derecho Procesal Civil".
