GINO RIVAS
Lawyer by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), magna cum laude. Magister by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), magna cum laude. Master of Laws, Columbia University. Professor at the Law Schools of PUCP and Universidad del Pacífico. Arbitrator member of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and member of the Spanish and Ibero-american Arbitration Club (CEIA).
Previously, he was a senior associate at Garrigues Abogados (2024–2026), an associate at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría (2018–2019), and an associate at Casahierro Abogados (2017–2018).
He is author of three books (two of them on arbitration) and author of several academic publications; he is also co-author of a guide on the exhibition of documents in arbitration proceedings aimed at the Peruvian market. He has participated as a speaker in several events, including an ICC YAF event in Costa Rica (2018).
