MARIA ALEJANDRA CONDE

María Alejandra holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2022). Since 2019, she has worked as Teaching Assistant of Contracts at the same university. She is an ordinary member of ARBITRI - Academic Association for Research in National and International Arbitration and has co-authored academic articles on Civil Law.

She has attended specialization programs on evidence in arbitration, annulment of awards and legal skills of the arbitrator organized by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration - IPA. She has also participated in the Course on Fact and Expert Witnesses Interrogation organized by the Arbanza Arbitration School and in the Specialization Course on Contract Law, organized by Law and Arbitration Forum, the Group of Arbitration Studies - GEAR and Iuxta Legem.

She has been part of Simons Abogados since she was a pre-professional intern, which has allowed her to acquire knowledge and experience in arbitration and judicial litigation on civil, commercial, constitutional and administrative matters.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
