SAMANTHA CUSICANQUI
Samantha is a lawyer by the Faculty of Law of the San Martin de Porres University, with a specialization in Competition and Regulation. She has experience in administrative law, energy regulation and government procurements, having participated in several arbitration and judicial proceedings in such matters.
She has been part of the litigation and regulatory disputes area of Estudio Rodríguez Angobaldo, as well as of the energy consulting firm Regulación 360. She did her pre-professional internship in the regulatory area of Estudio Echecopar associated to Baker & Mackenzie, being part of the national and international arbitration team in public procurement.
In addition, she has assisted the Legal Department of ELECTROPERU, for approximately three years, in the management of arbitration and administrative proceedings, in matters of government procurement and regulatory disputes.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
